I am a user of Tiscali Max Broadband and I am sick and fed-up of them and other UK ISP's blocking P2P (Peer to Peer) and bittorrent file-sharing programs like Limewire!
I say that all those in favour of a Truely 'Unlimited' connection should join my petition to FORCE all UK ISP's to unblock these restrictions to complete control over P2P applications!
